An independent house in the countryside between Saint Aigulin and Montguyon. 65 kilometers equi-distant from Bordeaux, Angouleme, Perigueux and Cognac.
The house is all on one level which makes it suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Well-equipped kitchen. 1 large double bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed. There is use of a bed settee in the kitchen/dining area if needed for 2 persons. Garden furniture supplied for eating outside as well as a traditional French chimney style barbecue. There is superb carp-fishing in three large private lakes at the nearby farm, horse-riding is also available nearby.
